ASDRA MEMBERSHIP I hereby apply for membership in the ALASKAN SLED DOG & RACING ASSOCIATION, INC. and will abide by the rules and regulations of the corporation. I will also keep in mind that the purposes of the incorporation is to preserve heritage of Alaskan do mushing, preserve and maintain recreational area for the youth and public of Alaska, provide cultural and historical education of dog mushing , and prevent the cruelty of animals. Applicant agrees to provide a clean and sanitary environment for their animals and treat them in a humane manner. Failure to adhere to the bylaws may result in expulsion from the club as provided in article IV, section 4, of said bylaws.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY Alaskan Sled Dog & Racing Association The undersigned member, in consideration of becoming a member or, if not a member, of taking part in any Association sanctioned activity, or the use of Association facilities of the Alaskan Sled Dog & Racing Association, Inc., hereby waives releases and agrees to hold harmless the Alaskan Sled Dog & Racing Association, Inc., for any claims, past and future against the Alaskan Sled Dog & Racing Association, Inc., its employees, officers, directors, and agents or representatives, (here in after collectively referred to as the "The Association"), including those arising from the Association’s negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all claims for property damage, personal injury, medical expenses, and any other claim against the Association of any type or description arising from the undersigned’s membership in The Association, use of Association facilities, or participation in any and all association sanctioned activities.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT The undersigned has read and understands clearly the foregoing waiver of Liability and agrees to be fully bound by its terms. |
