Thursday March 4th meeting ASDRA clubhouse 7:00PM

Saturday March 6^th Sprints at Sundown race starts at 4^th & D Street downtown at 5PM

Help is needed to put on this race.  This race will have 2 minute dual starts going down 4^th to Cordova with a loop across Chester Creek and back down town.  This should be very exciting to watch while helping out.  12 teams will run approximately 3 miles.  Currently 10 10-dog limited teams are racing.  2 more teams will be accepted. Racers will receive an appearance fee.   If you would like to race contact Christine Tozier . 

Starting March 4^th BLM will be plowing the BLM office end of the runway for parking of dog trucks during the Iditarod Start.  This will come very  close to our trail but will not clear the trail.  Expect equipment when running in that trail section. 

Tozier Track will have the gate closed on Saturday for Iditarod Start through noon on Sunday to ensure the 900 ski racers in the Tour of Anchorage Race have passed the trail intersections. 

The BLM CAMPBELL TRACT Management Plan is being redone.  The Public Meeting is March 9, 2010 from 6-9PM at the Campbell Creek Science Center. PLEASE ATTEND!
